The project was meticulously detailed by Phenix Construction Technologies Inc.’s engineering team to streamline production and ensure ease of manufacturing. All materials used were imported and of European-grade to meet the highest quality standards. The design posed production challenges due to the use of lighter members, requiring careful attention to detail during fabrication. Stringent painting requirements, set by the US client, were implemented to ensure long-lasting durability and a high-quality finish.
